It usually takes around 1-5 working days for the product to be shipped out. Custom orders will be longer. Shipping usually takes 2-5 business days within the US. Outside these areas shipping may take longer.
Other causes for any delay may be but not limited to the following:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. It usually takes 5 to 7 working days.
If you are shipping a product over $500, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned product. We are not liable for any lost or unreceived returns.
